A great graphic viewer for the HP-100/200LX!

PICEM Image Viewer can display GIF, PIC/CLP, PCX, and Targa 16 & 24 formats.  It supports virtually all SVGA cards in all modes including 360x480 256 color mode (on any VGA display). Adjusts brightness & contrast and can save images in PIC, PCX or GIF format. Many slideshow features such as control over image position, timing, screen clearing, and palette setting. Uses EMS/XMS and Disk swapping to give a crisp snap up of each image and fast scrolling. It will auto-convert across HiColor modes and scale to screen size.

Some new features since last version online:
   -Rewritten to use new virtual memory system
   -EMS/XMS and disk swapping support
   -HiColor video modes (15 and 16 bit)
   -New 32bit bitblit code (on 386/486 processors)
   -High speed scaling
   -Uncompressed and upside-down Targa and TIFF images support
   -Better support of odd text modes (VESA VBE ones in particular)
   -24bit PCX and TIFF load support added
